Terms of service

These terms are between you and Praeforge, for the Praeforge account and every app and game of ours you use with it. Signing in, or using an app's online features, means you agree to them. Each app has a section of its own below for what only it needs. What we keep, and why, is in the privacy policy.

Your account

• One account is for one person. You sign in with Apple or Google, so keep that sign-in to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You must be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms yourself.
• Use only your own account, and do not try to reach anyone else's.
• Choose a name others see that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else. We may change one that is.

Using our apps

• Do not interfere with the service: no attempts to break in, to overload it, to get around its limits, or to make accounts by machine.
• Treat other players fairly. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service or other players, and will tell you why when we can.

Praecraft

Praecraft is a fan-made companion for StarCraft: The Miniatures Game. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Archon Studio or Blizzard Entertainment. StarCraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment; the game's rules and cards are Archon Studio's.

• Claim only the seat that is yours, in a battle you play.
• Approve a report only if it says what happened. A report every player approves counts in everyone's stats.
• A report goes to Archon Studio only when every player has opted in to sending it. What Archon Studio does with it then is theirs to say.

Ending

You can delete your account whenever you like: here is how. We may change an app or end it; if we end one, we will say so first, and give you time to take a copy of your data.

Our apps as they are

Our apps are offered as they are, without warranty. We work to keep them running and your data safe, but cannot promise they will always be available or free of faults. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using them or from not being able to. Nothing here takes away rights the law where you live gives you.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters, we will say so in the apps before it applies; going on using them after that means you accept it.
