Delete your account

How to delete your Praeforge account, and what each of Praeforge's apps holds for it: today, Praecraft.

In Praecraft

1. Open Praecraft and go to Profile.
2. Press Delete account, and confirm.
3. A page from id.praeforge.com opens: confirm deleting your Praeforge account too.

On the web

1. Sign in with the Praeforge account you use: Apple or Google.
2. Under Delete your account, type delete and press Delete my account.
3. id.praeforge.com asks you to confirm deleting your Praeforge account too.

Sign in to delete your account

Can't sign in? Write to support@praeforge.com from the address your account goes by, and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

• Your Praeforge account, once you confirm it: the Apple or Google sign-in it was made with, its email address and name, and its sessions.
• In Praecraft: your account, the name other players see, who may see your stats, your sessions, and your stats. Your seats lose their link to you, for good; in battles whose report is not yet sent, your seat becomes a player and your answers to the report are withdrawn.

What is kept

• In Praecraft, the battles you played, for the other players in them, with your seat as a player. One with no report is deleted once it is abandoned, or after 90 days; one with a report stays, as its players' record.
• Reports already sent to Archon Studio, with the name your account went by then: they are Archon Studio's.
• Encrypted backups, for 90 days, after which what was deleted is gone from them too.
• Crash reports and usage statistics, which never said who sent them, until they expire: 90 days and 13 months.
• What is on your phone, such as Praecraft's armies and battles, until you delete it or the app.
